All pricing is calculated at check out.
Tracking Number will be provided after payment of order.
Orders should be received within 3-5 business days of order placement.
All returns must have Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). This may be obtained by calling toll free 1-866-374-4050 or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Only returns with a Return Authorization Number ; RA will be accepted.
All returns must be received by MIH International (M-Brace) within 10 days of receipt of the merchandise. No shipping charges will be refunded.
Follow these simple steps to avoid any delay
1. CALL US… before sending any item back, please call us at 1-866-374-4050 or 514-731-2617 or email us at email@example.com to be issued a Return Authorization Number (RA#). No returns will be accepted or processed unless accompanied by a valid RA #. All returns must be received by MIH International within 10 days of receipt of the merchandise.
2. PACK IT… Please include a copy of your packing slip. All returned merchandise must be in new and re-sellable condition. Items may not have been worn. Include all original packaging (original box, packing material, documentation, etc). Packages returned incomplete or damaged will not be accepted. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
3. MARK THE BOX… Clearly write your Valid RA# on the outside of the package. This will speed your return. Items without a RA # will not be accepted.
4. SEND IT… All return merchandise must be sent to us pre-paid. Items sent COD, “freight collect” or “third party” will not be accepted.
5. MIH International will not reimburse shipping charges.
