Description
This Wrist Splint has been designed and produced as a support and protective device for muscular damages, as well as for tendon and joint injuries either caused by trauma, stress or excessive fatigue.
Available in right or left for a perfect fit and superior comfort. For the development of this device, two special fabrics have been matched:
• The inside fabric is made from a soft breathable microfiber, extremely comfortable to the skin.
• The fabric on the outside, made with a particular and dense nylon mesh forming microscopic and resistant loops, allows the Velcro to securely fasten on the surface. Due to this specific construction, a vast range of closing positions are available, depending on the tension desired. The two alluminium stays, pre-shaped and moldable for custom fitting, can be removed according the need of immobilization of the patient.
This Wrist Splint is manufactured in accordance with the primary requirements set under the European Directive 93/42/EEC on medical devices and in accordance with the Italian law (LD 24th February 1997, No. 46) introducing the same EU Directive.

All our products come with the M-Brace Locking System which allows each individual to choose their own closing setting and to determine the best possible tension for their personal needs or requirements. In the case of all our knee braces, the two wide bands holding the brace onto the leg provide maximum grip, avoid muscle trauma and ensure full blood circulation.
Our products will last over a year, provided that washing instructions are carefully followed and products have not been misused. Some wear and tear may become visible over time, but one needs to consider that the M-Brace braces can be worn 24 hours a day for a year, while the neoprene based products cannot.
No! The Velcro pads and the cotton fabric have been tested for the longest time. Washing the product will actually restore the cotton smoothness.
Yes! This is another great advantage of using natural fibers and yarns. All the M-Brace products can be washed at lukewarm temperature (by hand or in the washing machine) and dried (hang to dry or in the dryer at low setting). Washing instructions are clearly indicated on both the packaging and the “inside notice” contained in each box. Make sure that products with no chlorine are used in the washing phase.

Best brace. To sum up: i have a wrist sprain (possible stress fracture), the hospital gave me a splint, i thought it was a bit clunky.. this one is TEN TIMES more comfortable with even more immobilization and adjustability than the one they gave me. I am amazed how perfectly it fits on my arm/wrist/hand. Highly recommended

The m-brace wrist splint is the best thing I’ve ever found for tendon/carpal tunnel pain because of too much keyboarding!! I need a new one and am delighted to have found this website. I especially like the ability of the brace to adapt to different sizes of wrist/arm swelling and actual size. I use size extra — wish it was a bit more generous in the wrist but with the laces and velcro it works out. Recommend highly

I love this brace! After experiencing repeated pain in my wrist, sometimes surging up through my elbow and into my shoulder, I did a lot of research on wrist braces. I did not get an official diagnosis of carpal tunnel syndrome. I wanted a brace that was breathable, lightweight, and long lasting. I have been using this brace every day for about a month now, and it is quite durable and holding up beautifully. I never feel sweaty in this brace. After about a week of use during computer use and at night, I now only need to wear it at night. My pain is gone. I still wear the brace while asleep to prevent the pain from returning. I read so many reviews of braces that fell apart after just a few days or weeks; I am grateful to the manufacturer for making such a high quality product. Thank you!!!

This brace fits me perfectly. My wrist gets sore when I drive a car and hold the steering wheel. Thsi brace holds my wrist rigid and no soreness when driving. I am now wearing it all day and it helps me stay pain free doing various tasks.Even working at the computer is pain free. i did sew a leather patch over the end of the inside metal piece at the palm end. I had worn thru the fabric so metal was exposed. It is easy to put on and stays put during the day. It does get dirty but can be easily washed. I plan to buy another one to have for dress-up wearing. I tried some of the others but they didn’t fix properly.
